My company was founded on the basis of six core values: self-love, self-awareness, gratitude, patience, consistency and dedication. My objective is to provide tailored coaching program based on self-love and gratitude and to give you a solid foundation to build on in order to set you up for long-term success.

Self-Love: You are more than just a number on a scale. Love yourself wherever you are on your journey.
Self-awareness: recognize what causes you to struggle and strive for improvement, not perfection.
Gratitude: Be grateful for your body and all you are capable of doing.

Meet your coach

Stephanie Lowery,
Owner of Weight 2 Go

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Stretching and Flexibility Coach based in Connecticut. I worked as a Senior Project Manager, supervisor, and department trainer since 2008 before deciding to pursue my passion for fitness full-time in 2022. I am an intuitive empath and cat mom who loves lifting heavy weights, running, hiking, eating lots of good food, reading, listening to podcasts, playing games, and spending time with my husband Steve.

I've struggled with my weight and anxiety most of my life. Back in 2016, I began making small changes to my habits and gradually lost over 100 pounds. More importantly, I have maintained my weight loss since that time. The secret to success is realizing that this is a journey that lasts a lifetime, so any change needs to be sustainable. I have found a balanced approach that allows me to make healthy choices and still enjoy my life.
